All our products are handmade and made to order.
Production begins once payment (minimum 50% down payment) and all design information have been received.
Production time is 15 to 20 business days, plus 2 to 4 business days for domestic shipping or 4 to 7 business days for international shipping.
Once the order enters production, no changes or cancellations are accepted.
The first preview includes one round of changes free of charge.
